Privacy policy

Promptazo has no user accounts and never receives what you type in the form. Here we explain in detail which data is processed, by whom, and how you can control it.

Last updated:

1. Controller

This site is run by Promptazo, an independent project based in Colombia. For any privacy matter, email us at dcolmenaresh1@gmail.com.

2. Summary

3. What data is processed and why

3.1 What you type in the form

Your answers (title, topic, names, etc.) are processed inside your browser to build the prompt. So you can reload the page without losing your work, they’re saved in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) under a key starting withpromptazo:. That information is not sent to Promptazo or any third party. You can delete it with the “Start over” button or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

When you copy the prompt and paste it into Claude or another AI service, you send it directly to that service, and its own privacy policy applies. We recommend not including sensitive personal data in the prompt.

3.2 Hosting technical data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. We don’t use that data to identify you. More in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

3.3 Advertising (Google AdSense)

To keep the site free we show Google AdSense ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, cap how often you see them, measure performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized (based on your visits to this and other sites) or non-personalized.

3.4 Consent in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you’ll see a consent message managed by Google’s certified consent management platform. There you can accept, reject or choose the purposes for which advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy choices” link in the footer of every page (shown when ads are active).

3.5 Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

To know how many people use Promptazo and which pages help most, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It’s a privacy-first tool:it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no profile of you. A small script sends Cloudflare visit data (page viewed, referring site, browser and device type, approximate country and load times), and we only see aggregate totals. We don’t use it for advertising or combine it with other data. More on theCloudflare Web Analytics page and inCloudflare’s privacy policy.

4. Cookies and storage

5. Legal basis

We process data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, advertising cookies rely on your consent, and hosting technical data and cookieless aggregate analytics rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, working and improving.

6. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Colombia, mainly in the United States, with the safeguards described in their own policies.

7. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent and file complaints. Since we don’t store your data on our servers, in practice you control everything from your browser and your Google settings. For any request, emaildcolmenaresh1@gmail.com. In Colombia you can also contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); in the EEA, your data protection authority.

8. Children

Promptazo isn’t directed at children under 13 and doesn’t knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site. See also our Terms of use.
