By using Promptazo you accept these terms. They’re short on purpose: read them, there’s no fine print.

1. What Promptazo is
Promptazo is a free web tool that builds instruction texts (“prompts”) from your answers to a form, for you to use in artificial intelligence assistants. It’s run by Promptazo, from Colombia.
2. Free use, no account
The service is free and needs no sign-up. Copying and downloading prompts costs nothing. The site is funded by third-party ads.
3. Your content
What you type and the prompts you generate are yours. You can use, modify and share them freely, including commercially. We claim no rights over them and, as explained in the Privacy policy, we never receive them.
4. Using AI is your responsibility
- Promptazo only generates the prompt text. What you do with it in Claude or another service depends on that service and its own terms.
- AI output can contain mistakes. Always check data, figures, citations and spelling before presenting or publishing.
- You’re responsible for following your university’s or client’s rules on AI use, and for respecting the copyright of any material you attach.
- Don’t use Promptazo for illegal purposes, to deceive others or to infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property of the site
Promptazo’s name, logo, design and code belong to Promptazo. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Third-party trademarks
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Cloudflare, Netlify, Google and AdSense are trademarks of their respective owners. Promptazo is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic or any of those companies.
7. Ads and external links
Ads are served by Google and we don’t pick them one by one. We’re not responsible for the content of external sites reached through ads or links.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and available, but we don’t guarantee it’s error-free or that a prompt will produce any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Promptazo is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from results you obtain with artificial intelligence services.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
